  3. Service Timelines:

    • BikeJunction strives to complete repairs promptly; however, timelines may vary based on the complexity of the service required.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • We guarantee the quality of our repairs. In case of any issues post-service, customers are encouraged to reach out within seven days for resolution.
  5. Customer Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their bikes and authorizing the agreed-upon repairs.
  6. Payment Terms:

    • Payments for services are due upon completion. Failure to settle within 14 days may result in additional charges.
  7. Cancellation Policy:

    • Customers can cancel services within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment without incurring any charges. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  8. Parts and Accessories:

    • BikeJunction reserves the right to use high-quality replacement parts. Customers will be informed of any additional costs before such replacements.
  9. Liability Disclaimer:

    • While utmost care is taken during repairs, BikeJunction is not liable for any pre-existing or unforeseen damages to the bike.
  10. Privacy Policy:

    • Customer information is kept confidential and is only used for service-related communication. BikeJunction does not share or sell customer data to third parties.
