BikeJunction is a one-stop solution for all your bike servicing needs. From doorstep pickup and live service updates to digital invoicing and secure payments — everything is managed through our easy-to-use mobile app.

Simply open the BikeJunction app, go to the "Book Pickup" section, select your preferred time and location, and confirm your request. A driver will come to your doorstep to collect your bike.

Yes, absolutely! Our real-time tracking feature lets you see where your bike is during pickup, servicing, and return. You’ll also receive regular updates through notifications.

Yes. You'll receive live servicing updates as your bike goes through inspection, repair, washing, or part replacement. Any additional work required will be notified to you for approval.

If something’s not right, our support team is here to help! Use the “Contact Us” section in the app to raise a query or call our helpline directly. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Once the service is complete, a digital invoice with a detailed breakdown of parts, labor, taxes, and discounts will be available in the app. You can download or share it anytime.

In the app, visit the “Branches” section to view all our locations. You can find branch-specific details like address, phone number, Google Maps directions, and service timings.

After your bike has been delivered, you’ll be prompted to rate your experience and leave a review. You can also go to the “Feedback” section in the app anytime.
